Dormingo ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Dormingo mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  • Usage Data: Your tracked habits, progress logs, and notes.
  • Subscription Status: We process subscription validity (e.g., "Active"); we do not see or store your payment card details.

2. Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics Data: Anonymous usage patterns to help us improve the app.
  • Device Information: Device type, OS version, and app version for troubleshooting.
  • Crash Reports: Anonymous error logs to help us fix bugs.

3. Nature of Data (Medical Disclaimer)

Note: Any health-related data you track in this App is collected solely for self-tracking and motivational purposes. It is not treated as clinical health data ("Protected Health Information"), as we are not a healthcare provider.

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data based on:

  • Contract: To provide the App's core features.
  • Legitimate Interest: To analyze anonymous usage trends and improve the App.
  • Consent: If we explicitly ask for permission (e.g., to access HealthKit or send notifications).

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and personalize the service.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Improve the app based on usage patterns.
  • Respond to support requests.

Data Recipients (Service Providers)

We strictly do not sell your personal data. To operate the App, we work with trusted third-party service providers ("Processors") who process data on our behalf. We currently use providers in the following categories:

  • Analytics & Performance: To help us understand usage patterns and fix bugs.
  • Payment Processors: To validate subscriptions with Apple and Google.

Upon request, we can provide a current list of our specific service providers.

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Local data remains on your device until you remove it (for example, by uninstalling the app).

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
